Yes, you can give authority for someone else to discuss your policy with us.

Verbal authority is valid for 6 months from the date authority is given.

A Letter of Authority is also valid for 6 months from the date of the letter, unless stated otherwise.

Please ensure that a date, the policy number(s) and the signature of the policy holder(s) is included on the letter.

Policies will not be discussed with anyone who doesn't have authority. All discussions will only take place once suitable verification checks have been completed.
