If a policy is written under trust, we require written authority from all trustees in addition to any policy holder(s) to complete your cancellation. We recommend you speak to your financial adviser before you cancel your policy. 
Please note that until we receive confirmation from all parties, we’ll continue to collect any premiums.

You can request your cancellation in one of the following ways:

  • My Account - The easiest way to cancel is online via My Account.
  • Cancellation Form - Complete the request form. We'll send a document to the policy owner for all Trustees to complete.
    This will need to be returned to us before we can complete your cancellation.
  • Call - We'll take verbal authority to cancel from any policy holders present on the call. We can't accept verbal authority from any trustees.

  • Post -  Attach a confirmation letter signed by all trustees along with the authority of all policy holder(s).
