If you have a Legal & General payment being collected from your bank account and are unsure what it's for, then we will need the following information to help you further:
- Beside the payment that you make, either on your Bank Statement or Online Banking Account, you will see a Reference Number
- Most policies that you own should be visible in My Account
- From the 'My Account Home Page' you can find the Policy Number below the title of each policy. Match this to the Reference Number from your Direct Debit and click on the policy title to view more information about it
Not all policy types are visible in My Account, depending upon the age of the policy and the type of product
If you can't find your policy on My Account:
- Contact Customer Service- For Reference Numbers starting with 0s/00/01/02/CR
- Contact Switchboard - For Reference Numbers starting with anything else
You'll be asked verification questions before we will be able to discuss any policy specific information with you.
