To make your child or children a trustee's on your policy they will need to be over the age of 18.

You will need to choose the appropriate type of trust for your policy.

If your policy is already in trust, it will depend on the type of trust whether you can add or amend trustees.

If your child is under the age of 18 you may be able to make your child them a beneficiary on your policy but you will need to also appoint a person(s) over the age of 18 as trustee.
