The most common reasons that the My Account registration link you have isn't working are:

  • The registration information that you have entered doesn't exactly match what we hold on your application. Due to a typing error in the application that was submitted or a change in your details since application, such as a change of address
  • When registering for a Joint Life Insurance policy, both people must register separately and use a different email address. If one person has successfully used the registration link, it will be inactive for the second person
  • The registration link has expired or is faulty

You will need to enter your policy number. This is a 10 digit number starting - '00','01','02' or '0s0'. You can't register with your 'AN0' application number.
