If you're unable to view your policy documents on My Account, it may be for one of the following reasons:
- Digital copies of documents are only available for policies set up after 12/06/2016.
- If your policy started today it can take up to 24 hours for documents to show in My Account
- Documents are only available to the policy owner. If the policy is owned by a company or somebody else only they will be able to see the documents.
