Once you've returned your trust deed to us, you will receive a letter confirming one of the following scenarios:
- That your trust deed has been accepted and added to your policy
- That your trust deed has been rejected and what corrections need to be made
In either scenario, the envelope will contain your original trust deed for safe keeping.
If you haven't received a letter within 10 working days of posting, contact us.
